Comme l'enregistrement officiel et l'accueil à l'hôtel AC Ambassadors auront lieu tôt le matin le jour 1, nous vous recommandons fortement d'arriver à Juan-Les-Pins le lundi 22 ou avant. Il y aura une réunion informelle le lundi soir pour les guides, suivie d'une réunion informelle pour tous les participants (membres et guides).

JOUR 1 (mardi 23 juin) - Chasse au trésor spirituelle

Inscription des participants, accueil, chasse au trésor spirituelle, débriefing de groupe sur la plage de Dramont vers 17h ; un camion de restauration (food truck) sera mis à la disposition des participants qui souhaitent obtenir de la nourriture ou des boissons lors du debriefing avec le groupe.

JOUR 2 (mercredi 24 juin) – Session de formation intensive

Matin : Formation intensive par Mark et Davene, avec traduction en français par Luc, suivie d'un déjeuner entre les participants - Après-midi : temps libre ; visite facultative organisée de Grasse, capitale du parfum – Soirée : mastermind facultatif sur la plage.

JOUR 3 (jeudi 25 juin) - Session de formation intensive

Matin : Formation intensive par Mark et Davene, avec traduction en français par Luc, suivie d'un déjeuner entre les participants - Après-midi : temps libre ; choix parmi plusieurs activités organisées – Soirée mastermind facultatif sur la plage.

JOUR 4 (vendredi 26 juin) - Journée aventure

Toute la journée : Croisière organisée à Saint-Tropez – Soirée : "Rêver avec l'univers", activité de groupe qui améliorera considérablement la puissance de rêve de chaque participant.

JOUR 5 (samedi 27 juin) - Session de formation intensive

Matin: Formation intensive par Mark et Davene, avec traduction en français par Luc,  suivie d'un déjeuner entre les participants - Après-midi: temps libre ; choix parmi plusieurs activités organisées – Soirée : spectacle nocturne.

JOUR 6 (dimanche 28 juin) - Journée facultative

Journée supplémentaire (facultative) : visite du joli village d'Antibes près de Juan-Les-Pins, et randonnée sur le spectaculaire sentier des falaises longeant la mer, nommé "le chemin des douaniers" ("chemin des douaniers", 5 km de long) ou visite de l’île Saint-Honorat.

Juan-Les-Pins is one of the most appreciated villages of the French Riviera, mainly for its close location to the worldwide renowned city of Cannes, its picturesque houses, places and shops, and its friendly inhabitants.

 

How to reach Juan-Les-Pins

By Plane:

International Airport Nice Côte d’Azur is located at 23 km (about 15 miles) from Juan-les-Pins.

Allow between 30 and 40 minutes by car if the road is clear to reach Juan-Les-Pins.

By bus: From the bus centre at Terminal 1 or in front of Terminal 2, get bus N° 250 express

By train: bus n° 23 from the bus centre at Terminal 1 to the station Nice Saint Augustin, then regional train (TER) calling at both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins stations.

Access to Juan-Les-Pins is easy by car, train and bus.

The closest international airport is Nice. There is a 30 minutes drive by car between Nice airport and the AC Ambassadeur hotel located in the center of Juan-Les-Pins.

Where to stay in Juan-Les-Pins during the Live Event

Unless you have the bank account of a millionaire, we do not recommend that you stay at the AC Ambassadeur hotel during the week: indeed, room prices will be in the roof during the 3 first days of our event, due to a big international event running in Cannes until the 25th of June.

Hopefully, there are plenty of nice hotels and apartments within a 10 minutes walk from our AC Ambassadeur headquarter, and for all sizes of budgets.

We can help you find the right person who will be happy to share your accommodation with you during the Live Event.

Here is how to proceed if you already found an accommodation and you want to share it with someone:

  • make a reservation at the hotel or apartment which suits your needs and wants (usually, you can get a 100% reimbursement clause in case of cancellation if you book early enough, so try to get this clause at registration);
  • send us your registration details and your contact email or phone number (ie. your preferred way to be contacted), and we will add your name with your infos in the list below;
  • make your own arrangement directly with the other participants interested by your invitation to share;
  • let us know once you have found the right person and made a deal with them, and we will remove you from the list.
